Introducing Chef T -   Chef T has more than 25 years experience in the culinary industry and is acclaimed as one of todays most knowledgeable chefs and leading food anthropologist. For almost 2 decades he has traveled the world documenting and filming the preparation of authentic cuisines. By authentic cuisine, I am referring to the purest forms of a country's cuisine. Techniques, skills and recipes have all been gathered first hand from the "real people" in their respective countries. His travels have taken him to remote villages surrounded by rain forest, blistering deserts, and tropical paradise islands. It is this first-hand experience that has allowed him to capture the core essence of each country's cuisine. Chef T says  - "It is my job to capture the purest essence of the cuisine in question - the very essence that clearly distinguishes Chinese food from Thai, French from French Country, and Spanish from Mexican." Chef T is unique in that he believes that the food itself should be the star of the show, and not the Chef.
